Make sure you weigh yourself in the same manner each time: if you weighed in wearing certain clothes or no clothes at all, make sure you do the same the second time around and as close to the same time of the day. Make sure you use the same scale both times, as different scales can be off by several pounds, thus destroying the accuracy of your mea sure. Even if you're not hungry, just have something during the allotted time. You can always grab a piece of fruit or something small during your mealtime. Also, you don't have to eat all of the meal. You can eat just some of it. If you're not hungry, don't stuff yourself. Just eat a little. The key is to eat at regularly scheduled times so that your body grows accustomed to these eating times. Our use of sunscreen has been increasing over the years, yet the incidence of malignant melanoma (skin cancer,) is actually increasing. Conventional sunscreens that you find on your local store shelf protect the skin using chemicals such as oxybenzone, avobenzone, octisalate, octocrylene, homosalate and octinoxate. When we put chemicals on our skin, they are absorbed into our bodies and affect our skin and other tissues. New research that has come out in the past five years has shown that these chemicals in conventional sunscreen are actually endocrine disruptors and may interfere with thyroid and other hormone processes. Celery. Red Radishes. Asparagus. Onions. Cucumbers. Cabbage. After the first weeks weeks on the protocol, I went out on a line with regard to vegetables and added broccoli, cauliflower and green beans. Since I knew my average weightloss, I found that my weight loss stayed the same when I changed up the veggies. I can't say the same will happen for you, but stick with the exact plan for the first few weeks before making any changes. Again, select one for each meal. One low fat breadstick. One Melba Toast Two Melba Rounds. Have a Drink. Water, water, water. Add a splash of lemon for flavor. Don't overdo the lemon as you still have to stay under the 5. Be sure to drink half your weight in ounces- -if you weigh 1. This is essential to your weight loss and will help with any potential constipation. If you need a little sweetness, add some stevia, it is a natural sweetener that doesn't have harmful side effects. HCG Diet Plan Points to Ponder. Cutting back on the fat in this program includes anything you might put on your skin or hair- no oil based products. Only use skin care that is allowed on the protocol. Be sure not to use oil based cosmetics or skin care, use only cosmetics allowed on the program. Plan your meals ahead of time. This will ensure you don't get overly hungry leading to overeating. Learn to make 5 minute meals. Food prep and planning goes a long way in helping you stay on target.
